Inner worthiness is that glue that keeps us together when those around us are doing their darnest to get us back into the fold of conformity and they don’t care what methods they use. Unfortunately, it’s not there when we first come out of the closet of hiding our spiritual leanings.
It is something we gather and hold within from the harvest of our dedication to knowing ourselves as more than just the limited human beings we have been led to believe we are.
Intrinsically tied to self-love and self-honour, inner worth is unassailable. Once anchored within us, no one can shake it. The opposite is true when we judge our worth according to how others think of us, our successes/failures, our achievements or lack of them. That’s when we bounce around like a yo-yo, buffeted by the fickle nature of the very things that support our false sense of worth. The process of regaining our awesome inner worthiness begins by letting go of the imprints of shame and unworthiness in our childhood and it brings relief the more we acknowledge, accept and know ourselves as Source!
None of us could have quite imagined ourselves as truly complex beings when we first awakened. This truth becomes glaringly obvious when we work on an issue, we do the shadow work, inner work, release this or that about it. And just when we finally think it’s resolved, it pops up again with the sturdy resilience of a cactus. It seems we hadn’t tackled this aspect or that angle.
This can sometimes cause us to think of giving up the conscious journey. Well, we just think that but don’t actually do it because we realise we are the glorious desert in which that pesky cactus grows, we realise that we have the power and the fortitude to keep moving forward because to do otherwise – to give up – is just not a part of our make-up anymore.
The quest for the Holy Grail and variations of the same in almost every culture across the globe led to a seeking of something outside of ourselves. It was very elusive, with an unquantifiable magic and indescribable abilities. No one was quite sure what it was. Legends and myths through the ages were clear on one thing, it was to be sought after because it would bestow unlimited powers on the triumphant finder.

What does self love look like? Being True To & Honoring Yourself Letting Go of Guilt Understanding the Importance of Boundaries Releasing Old Regrets Learning to Speak Your Truth
When we lost the art of contemplation, we lost an essential part of our magic. It began at a fairly early age – quick, you’ve got to catch the bus, you’ve got to this to do or that, give me an answer quick etc. etc. And before you knew it, your contemplation of the tablespoon or the butterfly, your mother’s words or your own fantastic idea that had just popped up came to an end.
The loss has affected us deeply. We are thought. When we do not take the time to nurture our love-based thoughts, contemplate them so that we embody that truth, saturate our being with the joy that this art form creates within us, we lose out – in refining our manifestation, activating more and more of our creative abilities and allowing the once impossible to be truly and excitingly possible.
Do you understand your soul’s desires and wants? When your soul is full from a particular experience, the way that it moves itself into another experience is to create in you an overwhelming feeling of wanting to do something. That is your soul communicating to you that it’s time to move to another experience.
When you receive communication from your soul and move on to a new experience without pulling away and resisting, or without burying or tucking the desire away, it helps you move to the next experience more rapidly; allowing you the opportunity to more readily absorb the next experience.
You have both the potential for wanting more experience as well as the possibility of having that experience. We have talked before about the wanting factor in the human life existence. We don’t want to confuse the word “wanting” here because as a human being you should never go through your life “wanting,” which can also mean lacking.
Let’s use instead the word “yearning.” As a human being, you are yearning to do something else, to have a new experience. Your soul communicates to you through your feelings. That’s part of what feelings are for — the yearning, or the desiring for another action, which will bring you a new experience. Some humans are very accepting of that process and they will move immediately into the next experience, because they recognize that their soul is ready for another experience.
Then there are those who are resistant to any change at all. They are resistant to the communication of their soul. Their soul is communicating to them through their feelings of desire to do and experience something else, and humans will talk themselves out of it, because they believe they have a responsibility to NOT do those things. They believe there is an agenda set up by somebody else, and that is what creates the internal conflict that can manifest itself into disease and disorder.
Your soul is gaining experience from all angles. When the soul is finished with experiencing, it will guide you into your next experience, based upon what you feel you want, or you desire to do next. But humans will argue with themselves about moving on to the next experience, thus causing conflict. When you understand the process and listen to your soul, you will be at peace with your soul.
Possibility and potential are always the beginning factors to the start of every experience. You may be perfectly content in an experience, but then you start to get bored. You start getting flashes of new ideas. What is it that your soul is choosing to experience next?
Your soul has to use your three-dimensional body in order to gain experience in this three-dimensional realm. So there is an agreement that needs to be made between the body, the mind, and the soul. Have you ever heard of the term a broken spirit? What that means is you are not listening to your soul. There is an internal conflict or a breakdown that is going on.
There is no form of three-dimensional, left brained education that can give you the gift that your soul can give you. The mind will always be attached to limitations. Your soul’s growth comes from ever-expanding possibility of spirituality.
How in tune are you with your own being-ness? And how aware are you of the communication that your soul has with you? Are you open to it? You might ask, “What is communication from my soul?” And the answer is that it’s your feelings! Your feelings are the way that your soul communicates with you. The soul is emotionally driven.
We can assure you that your soul will guide you to what is next, as long as you are in tune with your feelings. When you decide to make changes in your life and listen to your soul, how do you feel? The more you listen to your soul, the smoother the outcome will be in the ultimate experience.
Your soul’s destinational journey is to move through experience, to own it, to love it, to embrace it, get it from every angle, and move on to the next experience. The people that get left behind are left because they have empowered somebody else with their own possibility. They are not embracing their own expandability and never-ending infinite possibilities of themselves. They have made somebody else responsible for their happiness.
You must realize too that everything you do in your life is for experience. There are no failures! Failing is a fear-based experience that man uses in order to control another. What have you learned from your experience should be the question that you are asking yourself. Everything in your life is a success. It either moves you away from something that doesn’t work (which means you are being successful in your moving away). Or it is moving you towards something else that is successful in your life.
Do you choose success in all of your experiences? Change your point of view — nothing is wasted. How much have you learned? How much growth have you experienced? Have you learned what doesn’t work for you? This is all part of the growing state. Have you ever looked at it that way before? Pay attention to what your soul is saying to you.
Rather than saying you always wanted to do something and you never had that experience… go ahead and experience it! Your mind can be your best friend or it can be your worst enemy. It can work with the desires of your soul and help to manifest something and help create experiences for you, or it can talk you out of listening to what your soul is saying to you.
Potential and possibility, can you see those words differently now in your life’s existence? Unlimited potential and unlimited possibilities — that is what you, and all human beings, are looking and asking for.

There is something almost ominous about this whole ‘window of opportunity’ thing. What?? When did it open? Do I have time to jump in? Should I whizz through even if I’m not prepared? Is this opportunity what I really want and while I’m deciding that, is that window already swinging shut?
So many questions and the fear that we’re running out of time. This may not be true for most blithe spirits, who just hum along and know that everything is just falling into place for them. However, for so many of us who have been waiting, waiting and waiting for things to change, it’s panic stations.
We look at the person who’s just told us about this window of opportunity – a loved one saying this job, move, event or a craft to learn is just what we need, so wake up and grab it. It could also be an intuitive or psychic we trust giving us this met-with-mixed-feelings news.
So we race home, sit down on our favorite meditation mat and focus and breathe and try to get a sense of whether this opportunity is resonating with us. We don’t get the answer because we’re in panic, remember, and it keeps rising the more we sit on that mat and evening falls.
There has to be hope for those of us who decide not to jump through that window. There just has to be an answer to finding our way into what we wish for – more happiness, health, prosperity, love and a hefty dose of spiritual wisdom. Are there windows and doors opening and shutting all the time and we’re not even aware of all these golden opportunities slipping by?
Julius offers a wonderful workshop that guides us on what causes the waiting game and how to out of it, know more about these windows – what creates them, how many are there, do we catch them all?
By about now, just about everybody and their uncle have been told that to be authentic is to be empowered and happy. It’s somewhat annoying to think that we have to be told that. For heavens sakes, that’s us. Or is it really? Perhaps the catch lies in not knowing how or what it means to be authentic. So, let’s step into authenticity with a bold flourish and wave in a magical, authentic in the moment of now.
“Living authentically, master, will always bring you joy.” ~ Julius
Discovery of self
A somewhat strange thing to say but it gets clearer when we realize that there is an altered ego personality (fear-based) and there is our soul
personality (love-based) that is usually buried under the formidable display of the former. What’s even more interesting is that the altered ego personality is what we accept to be true of ourselves based on others’ perceptions/judgments of us when we were growing up. ‘This one’s lazy, non-communicative just like her mother, the black sheep of the family – we always have one in every generation.’ And then we wrap these perceptions of self in some heavy-duty sealant within us so that this perception of self sticks.
“Your power is in your authenticity, not your falsified persona.” ~ Julius
What’s important here is to verify if what you have always believed of yourself is true or has it only got compounded by the fact that your inner judgment has drawn in the same judgment from others through mirror consciousness. You might discover that you’re not really lazy or you’ve outgrown a certain behaviour that was so not you, but you didn’t realize that till you thought about it just now. The other way is to ask your closest friends or relatives how they perceive you and your qualities. You might get a pleasant surprise.
2. Non-judgment of self
One of the best ways to greatly lessen the influence of the altered ego is to not judge its aspects. You might have a nasty temper which you’re trying to tone down, but if you judge it, it stays in place because judgment is the glue that keeps it there. If you were to say –
‘Ok, I went down that road again but I’m not going to judge having done that. I’m going to persist in choosing a more harmonious response till it happens.’ Because it will. This also takes care of the compounding of judgment through mirror consciousness.
3. Listen to your emotions.
“Your emotions are your compass. That’s what your emotions are. That’s your soul. Your soul is going to tell you every single time that you are in alignment and that you are out of alignment.” ~ Julius
If we don’t listen to our emotions, we lose the most important key to authenticity. One way to start discovering our soul personality is to check
inward from time to time – ‘Is this something I enjoy doing?’ ‘Am I comfortable doing or saying this?’ This is what will get you back into alignment with your soul personality.
4. Please yourself.
In your moments of unadulterated joy or laughter, you are being authentic.
We sometimes don’t go after what we want, we let others take the lead. In a room full of people holding a very fear-based discussion, we add our two cents because we want to fit in or just appear clued in, but we wish this topic would just take a nosedive and end. We forgo dessert because everyone else is watching their weight but that divine chocolate cake is so totally the flavour of our moment. Speaking our truth when it’s important to us and honoring ourselves is all a part of being authentic.
5. Visualize and experience being authentic.
How would you like to be? Chances are high that you will be drawn to the qualities of your soul personality. Spend some time, even just a little time, every day or week visualizing yourself going about your day as who you really are. Feel the emotions that authenticity gives you – you are self-assured, happy, peaceful, relaxed, comfortable in your own skin and most of all, self-empowered. When you add your emotions to the visualization, it becomes an experience within your being and then you experience it as you go about your day.
The state of authenticity not only brings your joy, it increases your creative flow and expedites manifestation. It may not always be what others want you to be but the rewards are too high to give up on it. Be love, be light, be true to yourself!
Sometimes you look out of your window and wonder if you will ever be something more.
Sometimes you get so bogged down by the pain of having loved and lost.
Sometimes you try and try and try to be what you think others want you to be but it is never good enough.
Sometimes you just want the never-ending situation to end. When is it going to eeennnnndddd? Please!
Sometimes you want to drop everything and leave. Go to another place and start anew, reinvent yourself, start new relationships. Or just let the quiet and peace of the place seep deep into your being.
Sometimes you just want to matter.
Sometimes it’s so difficult to forgive and forget. You want to do the ‘right’ thing but your heart’s not in it.
Sometimes the pain in a stranger’s eyes or the agony of an animal rips you apart.
Sometimes you try so hard to slam the brakes on a rapidly deteriorating relationship, disease or financial crisis. Yet the brakes fail.
Sometimes you feel so alone while standing in a crowd. Where is my tribe, even one other who will love me, accept me as I am, enjoy all the quirks of my nature? For whom I would happily do the same. Some of these ‘sometimes’ are not yours but you feel them. We are all connected and even the pain of strangers is felt by all of us at a deep level.
“You are connected to every other soul in existence.” ~ Julius
Inspiration comes. The silent cries for help never go unanswered. Are you actively looking out for the signs that you are being heard and helped? When you start on the most important, wondrous journey of self-discovery and unwrap the gift of yourself, you not only light up your life. You also lighten the burden of ‘sometimes’ in others just by being you! May your tribe increase!
It’s when you start on your conscious, awakened journey that they come flooding in. You had them before, but not with quite this intensity or this range. And each one builds on the earlier; each a stepping stone to the next, fitting in another intricate piece of the jigsaw puzzle we set
ourselves. They are what led to our awakening, and they are our Questions.
It was only when we started questioning ourselves, our lives or the ways of the world that we started the grand journey of awakening. It was only then that we realized that there could be more, and the veils of forgetfulness started lifting, sometimes by small inches, sometimes by leaps and bounds. It’s not been easy for us. For lifetime after lifetime after lifetime stretching into so many lifetimes that it boggles the mind, we forgot who we were and embraced the knowing that we were less than because everyone around us accepted it. Nearly every single student that comes to the platform of Julius has come from some form of religious teaching background, some very deeply seated and embedded in religion as a child and their family that really participated in church and really supported theoretical religious teachings of limitation and what God is.
Every single one of us allowed someone else to dictate the truth of ourselves to us. Or we allowed it to take place without question. Why? Because if we did question it, we were punished. We believed that we did not have the right to question. ‘You leave that to God or to fate and, that’s just the way it is.’ Any child that has any component of individual thought questions those things and there’s always a problem when a child starts questions those things. Adults certainly question it. Generally, quite a lot but they’ve learned to keep their mouth shut because of the punishment and the isolation.
And so, every form of religion leaves questions. Every form of religion leaves any state of consciousness human being questioning things. How is it this way and this way? Why is it this way? Why is it that way? How can God be an all- loving, omnipotent being, but then we have to follow rules in order to be accepted? And generally the answer straight across the board is ‘Well, we just don’t question those things.’ That’s because nobody really has the answers; they themselves don’t know.
“It’s all about you creating your reality with your energy, master, and learning how to master the components of your continual state of happiness and joy and high vibration. That’s what it’s all about.” ~ Julius
Can you feel the power and the magnitude of this energy….Conscious Creative Energy? It is that huge difference between unconscious thought and conscious thought. Conscious creative energy is you at your most powerful! It is a force when you are unconscious but when you are conscious, it is explosive in the best sense.
The process of Conscious creative energy is not only the process of consciously creating whatever you want in your life, it is the process of consciously creating who you are being in every moment of Now and letting that be the bedrock for all abundance, love, health and fulfillment to flow to you. This is deep, fascinating information about you and your ability as a powerful creator. So let’s get right down to it and throw some light on what is happening in and around you.
Once a thought is formed, it turns into energy. It is a process of creating energy consciously, because every thought creates an action. And every action has energy to it. Everything has energy to it. So, once a thought is born and energy is attached to it, it has the potential for manifestation depending upon the energy you attach to the thought. In the manifestation process, you first begin by thinking about something and then putting more energy to the thought. Focusing more and more energy to an idea helps create or manifest it into being. But what if the manifested thing needs continued creative energy to keep it manifested and keep it in the illusion? Have you ever thought of that one?
