It is a three-day Immersion in High Frequencies with Julius, saturating your personal energy field with love, light and joy. Julius will present new, unique information on frequency and take you thru quantum energy processes to upgrade your energy. A deeper, more secure alignment of the body, mind and soul, self love and healing will be some of the themes of this transformation.
How will this exciting transformation be affected?
With:
A 3-day juice fast to cleanse and detoxify your body. Will include 6 servings each day of cold pressed juices 12 oz. each, served every two hours. As well as 1 evening meal of fresh cooked vegetables. Water, teas, coffee available throughout.
We recommend you begin to prepare your body for the detox a few days prior to the retreat by eliminating meat from your diet. And cut back on your eating.

Daily Kundalini Yoga – 20 minutes in the morning
20-minute Yin yoga in the evening to release trauma and move energy for absorption of daily experiences.

Each morning you will be on the amazing, high-frequency Sarasota Beach/Siesta Key beach, which is 97% quartz crystals. We begin each morning with Meditation and energy clearing.
Followed by Kundalini Yoga either on the beach or back at the house depending on the heat.
Morning juice and beverages will be served, followed by the morning lecture.
Sound baths, Energy Processes and breath work will be mixed throughout the day.
Lectures to end each day.
Journaling breaks on patios will be allotted for.
This is a 3-day detox experience to facilitate the highest frequency for your energy field. Some healthy snacks will be offered for those who need a bit more.
If staying off the property, we recommend you follow the intended diet and honor your cleanse. This will greatly facilitate your powerful energy upgrade.
This transformative weekend will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday October 3 – 5. Activities will begin at 8pm and be completed about 6pm. Evening meal will be served at approximately 6pm.
The beach and anything else you may need is within walking distance of the house.
We do not provide transportation to or from the Airport.
